I give up on getting the Flash and the Quick Time inserts to work Doug. The media player does work and it will play the video OK if you let it buffer around 60 - 70% first.
If you're in the market for some DVDs check out Canadian Tire this week. I picked up 100 Memorex 16x DVDs for $8.69. That's less than 9 cents each folks! They are also available in packs of 50 for almost as good a price.
It seems this question is asked a lot. Though, it depends on your specific Minolta camera model. It seems Sony A300 lenses are compatible.
Just do a Google search on "minolta lens compatible". This link seems to have a lot of information, though I have no way to confirm it: http://www.dyxum.com/lenses/index.asp
I recently purchased two Minolta 35mm cameras. I didn't realize at the time, of course, that Konica/Minolta is no longer in business. (as of 2006, I believe) One of the cameras seems particularly nice and I think I'll run a couple rolls of film through it but what I'm wondering is: " Are Minolta lenses compatible with any current camera brands?"
Attached to this message is a .pdf which contains some information on some really free and useful utility programs. I have downloaded and used two of these, the Defrag and the Screen Print programs. Both work well. Be sure you get the free version of the Screen printer (ver 4.4) when you go on the Gadwin website. CCleaner, one of these programs, I have been using for ages and it updates nicely by overwrite. We have mentioned this program before at meetings. I use 7-Zip now and then just for a change and then mainly for those weird Linux type files that Doug likes so much.
Anyway, why not take a look at the .pdf and see what you think. One of these programs might be quite handy to have around some time. They are easy to download and really are free. You may have to copy/paste the URLs as I don't think the links in the document are "live".
