Job DescriptionLinxx Global is currently seeking a Course Curriculum Specialist.in support for the CNRFC N73 Learning Standards office including support to Air Logistics Training Center (ALTC) Leaming Standards Office. This position is located in Norfolk, VA and Fort Worth, TX.

• Conduct training evaluation, review and research in order to design and develop instruction to enhance training of Navy Reserve personnel worldwide.
• Develop and design course curricula in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
• Provide support to the Learning Standards Officer (LSO) in his/her capacity as the CCA for Navy Reserve formal training programs.
• Support the proposed mission and readiness objectives to determine the impact on future training and or equipment requirements through analysis of objectives.
• Provide curriculum recommendations to site Learning Standards Officer based on Formal Course Review procedures and field analysis
• Assistance to training sites with the development, submission and approval of all necessary course curriculum documents as recurrent directives and instructions
• Maintain master files of all curriculum and supporting documentation

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• In-depth understanding of Navy training course development and management processes.
• Familiarity with electronic training and course management systems.
• Awareness of current instructional design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using AIM, CPM/LO, CANTRAC, eNTRS, CeTARS, FLTMPS, and STASS.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including higher authorities and team members.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Required QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience as a Course Curriculum Specialist.
• Secret Clearance
• Proficiency in Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM) and Content Planning Module/Learning Object (CPM/LO).
• Familiarity with Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) and enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS).
• Experience with Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), Fleet Training Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), and Standard Training Activity Support System (STASS).
• Ability to provide accurate data entry services.
