BlueForce Inc. is seeking for a Course Curriculum Specialist in support of Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) and its Air Logistics Training Center (ALTC) Learning Standards Office in Norfolk, VA (CNRFC).
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Course Curriculum Specialist shall conduct training evaluation, review, and research in order to design and develop instruction to enhance training of Navy Reserve personnel worldwide and develop training plans for the Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) as needed.

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nGeneral Tasks and Responsibilities:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe general tasks include but are not limited to:
\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n- \r\n\t
- Provide administrative and technical support necessary to assist the site Learning Standards Officer (LSO) with the responsibilities of Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) and Course Curriculum Model Manager (CCMM) for Navy Reserve unique training courses. This support includes the evaluation of training data, training capabilities and interfaces, and the development of new training courses, training materials and support the Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs). \r\n\t
- Shall validate training material, prepare briefs, make presentations, and draft reports and documents to support training validation. \r\n\t
- Ensure that maintenance courses are developed, revised, and maintained per current NAVEDTRA instructions. \r\n\t
- Provide review and technical editing for curriculum development. \r\n\t
- Support the development/maintenance of content library and distribution. \r\n\t
- Support the proposed mission and readiness objectives to determine the impact on future training and or equipment requirements through field analysis of objectives. \r\n\t
- Provide curriculum recommendations to Learning Standards Officer (LSO) based on Formal Course Review procedures and field analysis. \r\n\t
- Develop training plans for the Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) as needed. \r\n\t
- Developed/Approved course curriculum documents. \r\n

- DoD Secret clearance \r\n\t
- A minimum of two (2) years’ specialized experience as a Course Curriculum Specialist developing course curricula and general experience with: \r\n\t
- \r\n\t\t
- Authoring Instructional Materials (AIM), \r\n\t\t
- Content Planning Module/Learning Object (CPM/LO), \r\n\t\t
- Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC), \r\n\t\t
- enterprise Naval Training Reservation System (eNTRS), \r\n\t\t
- Corporate enterprise Training Activity Resource System (CeTARS), \r\n\t\t
